About the Artist- After teaching students in public schools for over 20 years, I discovered the art of acrylic painting for a way to relax and unwind. Now retired, acrylic painting offers me some peace and tranquility, an occasional chuckle, moments of pure joy and a few tears now and then.
Sometimes I even surprise myself with combining colors on a blank canvas and telling a new story. Painting captures a moment in time, real or imagined. Using acrylics requires some patients but allows for freedom of color and flow. I want to share my creations with like minded individuals so they discover more about themselves and the world in which we live.
